The PGS Group is a large European industrial player focused on the production, reconditioning, and logistics of wooden pallets.The company positions itself as a supply chain partner driving cost efficiency and circularity. Not the obvious candidate for an AI story. In this session, Bart shares where PGS Group stands in its AI journey: not at the finish line but actively working through it. He explains how the company evolved from scattered experimentation to a more structured approach, identifying where AI can truly add value within a complex industrial environment, building a phased roadmap, and launching an AI Champions program to support adoption across distributed teams. This is an ongoing journey rather than a retrospective. Bart highlights early results, candid challenges, and the key questions PGS Group continues to explore.
