Together with Elisabet we will explore how change management is embedded in the project organization at Q8 and how it works in practice. We will have a look at some real projects – both finished and ongoing – where change plays a vital role. Key lessons learned and practical tips for making digital transformations and change will be shared, so stay tuned. Elisabet has been heading the Project Management Office at Kuwait Petroleum North West Europe for the past 4 years. Before that, she held similar positions in shipping and automotive, always drawn to industries in transformation. When she joined Q8, Electro-Mobility was still a relatively new concept, however has been playing a vital role in the transformation journey towards becoming a sustainable mobility player. Morgane Verest is supporting transformation initiatives at Q8. She played a key role in the local adoption and change management activities for Q8’s global SAP S/4HANA implementation.

17.30 Jochanan Eynikel is a business philosopher who researches, writes and speaks on the intersection of ethics and leadership, and is widely recognised in Belgium and abroad. He advises teams and leaders on building values‑driven cultures and frequently appears in the media as an expert on business ethics. He is the author of several books, including Moral Intuition (2025), which highlights the crucial role of intuition in ethical decision‑making within organisations.
In a highly critical society, businesses are expected to perform well while also taking clear moral stances. Because the world is diverse and complex, it is impossible to satisfy everyone, and more and more everyday choices are judged through an ethical lens. Ethical business today is less about rules and compliance and more about meaningful value-based decisions. Moral dilemmas can create opportunities, revealing what an organisation truly values through the risks it is willing to take. Philosopher Jochanan Eynikel argues that navigating such dilemmas requires not only rational frameworks but also intuitive judgment, making ethics a matter of both head and heart.
