Lily Haake plays a leading role in Harvey Nash’s CIO Practice, presenting their thought leadership at global events, driving collaboration between 9 UK offices, and overseeing the world-class Research team. Lily has a strong interest in diversity in the workplace and takes an active role in organising Diversity Awareness workshops internally, as well as promoting diversity on client longlists. She is particularly interested in readdressing the balance of women in technology leadership positions, which has stalled at just 11% according to our latest CIO Survey.
